1.You may return a product to us in its original condition (unopened and unused) within 14 days after you have received your order, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund of Konvy credit.
2. Please send the product back to us using EMS. Your return must be sent back within 14 days after you have received your order.
3. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. If it is our error, once we receive your return, we will refund a shipping charge of 50 Baht into your Konvy account.
4. Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely.
5. We accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and a medical certificate from doctor is required. We will provide you with an exchange or a refund of Konvy credit.
6. To exchange or return a product, please email us at email@example.com. Once we have reviewed your request, we will contact you via email or phone.
7. We do not accept exchange/returns in the following situations:
1) Products not purchased from Konvy.com
2) The product was opened or used (do not include allergic reaction)
3) Product damage or packaging damage due to improper handle by the customer
4) Did not send us the product, order receipt, and gift（if there is any）
5) Return did not sent back to us within 14 days after you have received your order
