1. Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

- Creating and managing marketing campaigns.

- Create marketing plan to support each project.

- Monitoring Social Media performance and preparing action plans.

- Monthly analysis of overall related marketing performance and recommend actions to improve.

- Analyze market situation and competitors to improve our brand communication

- Create content and storytelling to emphasize brand success.

- Organize and attend marketing activities and events to raise brand awareness.

- Plan and manage annual marketing communication budget & expenditure and ensure the budget spending is fully maximized.

Qualifications

- Female/Male, age 25  32 years old with a passion for beauty business

- Bachelors Degree (or higher) in related fields

- Minimum 3  5 years experience in Marketing / Social Media / Communication

- Excellent presentation and presentation skill

- Good creativity with basic knowledge of health & beauty products and retail business

- Good leadership skill, proactive and result-oriented

- Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and pleasant personality

- Good in using the least to create the most

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Experienced in beauty retail (online/offline) would be a huge advantage

- Mature, self-driven, responsible, a Cando attitude and a passion for creative works and marketing

- Strong communication and negotiation skills and able to problem solve as well as multitask well

- Highly responsible, self – motivate, creativity, strong marketing sense and good analytical skill

 

2. eCommerce Operation (Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager)

Responsibilities

- Strategic eCommerce - Optimize Konvy’s eCommerce assets include platform excitement, platform spaces, direct traffic media and marketplace

-  Platform excitement – create platform excitements including promotions and/or activities to drive traffic, conversion and AOV

-  Platform space – ensure the platform spaces including application, website and mobile website are maximized by clearly set appropriate section and quota, as well as objectives, goals, and rotation frequency of each space/section to make it interesting and easy to follow for customers which finally lead to better conversion

-  Direct traffic media – manage direct traffic media including app notification, web notification, Line and EDM. Ensure that the selected products/brands/promotions/ activities are interesting to customers and the key messages are communicate accurately. Moreover, ensure that the communications are strengthened by synchronizing each media according to its objective.

-  Marketplace – plan monthly promotions/activities of each platform. Ensure that operation process runs smoothly. 

- Operation – Ensure that operation process/workflow runs smoothly including promotion setup and banner request/design/setup.

- Team management – strengthen the team by building up moral and company core value. Continuous support each member development.

Qualifications

- Female, age 30  35 years old with a passion for beauty business

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields

- Strong eCommerce knowledge and tech-savvy

- At least 5 years experience in online sales and eCommerce with all rounded knowledge such as merchandising, promotion, customer experience

- Familiar with Google Analytics and other eCommerce analytics tools

- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint and able to quickly adapt to new technology and tools

- Proactive and result-oriented

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Good teamwork and strong interpersonal skills

- Good command of English

- Good knowledge of health and beauty business is preferred

- Experienced in online beauty retailer would be a huge advantage

- Knowledge of CRM, email marketing and mobile marketing would be advantage 


3. Graphic Designer 

Responsibilities

- Capture, interpret and transform idea into design
- Work within Counter Brand Team, help defining the design for all Konvy’s platforms including Website, Mobile Website, Application and other relevant platforms
- Design & create interactive materials including but not limited to promotional banner, infographic and motion graphic
- Work together with team members to deliver assigned artworks in a timely manner and high-quality standards
- Be responsible to revise and improve artworks in accordance with feedback from team

- Support in additional marketing activities and special events

Qualifications

- Thai, Male / Female 21-26 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 0-3 years of experience in creative and graphic design
- Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolio are very welcome
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Highly discipline, detail-oriented and strong passion in creativity and design
- Good teamwork, highly responsible, always strive to improve, energetic, and able to work under pressure
- Good understanding in social media design concept
