2. Art Director - eCommerce & Marketing Digital Media

Responsibilities

- Direct and oversee Graphic team in the visual and communications aspects of all artworks and ensure company standards are met

- Develop visual designs for assigned creative tasks from concept to completion

- Understand selling point of promotions and marketing campaigns and translate them into creative design works

- Create key visual design of online campaign (weekly, monthly, seasonal, etc.) and pass it to graphic design team

- Strive for art directional perfection

- Benchmark and monitor graphics competitor’s design and identify new online graphic trends

- Control overall quality of work produced by graphic team

 Review graphic team's work, troubleshoot, suggest refinements, and provide feedbacks

 

Qualifications

- Male/Female, age 27-33 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field

- 3 - 8 years of direct experience

- A true artist with excellent communication skill

- Sharp eyes, high standard, able to decisively judge design work

- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design excellence in corporate design, concept design and branding works

- Understanding UI

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required), Premier Pro, After Effect and other Video editing tools is a plus

- Prior experience in a Beauty Retailer, Cosmetics Brand, E-commerce or Branding agency is a plus

- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, excellence-oriented and good time & resource management

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Good attitude, good teamwork and good interpersonal skills

- Thinking out of the box, good presentation skill, creative & innovative thinking and energetic with can-do attitude.

- Ability to drive collaborative workflow and lead brainstorming process

3. IT Support Officer

Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer etc.

- Provide professional support and investigate troubleshoot issues raised by users

- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and solve those problems

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Provide to Buy computer and IT equipment

- Administers and control user accounts on IT assets

 

Qualifications

2. R&D Officer

Responsibilities

วิจัยและพัฒนาสินค้า กลุ่ม Skincare & Cosmetic ในห้อง LABและส่งสูตรให้กับโรงงานเพื่อพัฒนาต่อในการผลิต

- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Supplier,โรงงานผู้ผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริษัทได้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

- Sourcing สินค้า (Bulk, Packaging) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายรวบรวบ/สรุปข้อมูล โดยประสานงานกับ SupplierและFollow up จนจบกระบวนการ

Product Evaluation, Survey, ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย

ติดตาม Trend ของวัตถุดิบสูตรศึกษาตลาดของ New Product Launch และทำรายงานสรุป

Set Standard สินค้าและตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าที่รับเข้ามา ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้

- ทำรายงานสรุปให้กับทีม

Qualifications

3. Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

- Doing marketing year plan and doing presentation to vendors .

- Responsible for marketing budget control and ensure highest spending efficiency.

- Develop marketing campaign, seasonal promotion strategies, manage summarize to accurate records of all pricing, promotion, then monitor and analyze the result.

- Responsible for strategic planning, expanding market to each sales channels both current and new channels.

- Analyze sales problem and obstacles that affects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan.

- Update and review marketing report by monthly, quarterly to achieve objectives and goals.

- Analyze market and competitor information and conduct market research.

- Establish and develop Integrated Branding and Marketing Communication strategy in line with business direction to achieve strong marketing presence, brand identity, brand CI and positioning in the industry.

- Strategically structure, set up and execute key short-term and long-term communication plan, using various, trendy and effective channels and contents (eg. social media platforms, online & offline customer event, PR event, etc.)

- Responsible for managing influencers communicate, develop and control the visual image and key message of brand in each sales and marketing channels eg. Media, shelf, POP

 

Qualifications

- Female/Male, age 25 – 30 years old with a passion for beauty business.

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields.

- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communication/Branding/PR/Event.

- Excellent communication and presentation skill.

- Good creativity with basic knowledge of eCommerce, health & beauty products and retail business.

- Good leadership skill, proactive and result-oriented.

- Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.

- Good in using the least to create the most.

4. Senior Marketing Communication or Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

- Communicate, develop and control the visual image and key message of brand in each sales and marketing channels eg. Media, shelf , POP

- Establish and develop integrated Branding and Marketing Communication strategy in line with business direction to achieve strong marketing presence, brand identity and positioning in the industry.

- Strategically structure, set up and execute key short-term and long-term communication plan, using various, trendy and effective channels and contents (including viral and social media platforms, online & offline customer event, PR event, etc.)

- In charge of brand image enhancement and brand awareness to public, using all above the line, below the line and through the line marketing.

- Organize and attend marketing activities and events to raise brand awareness.

- Plan and manage annual marketing communication budget & expenditure and ensure the budget spending is fully maximized.

- Build and maintain relationship both online & offline media, influencers, bloggers to ensure positive coverage and reputation of Konvy.com

- Responsible for managing Influencers (KOLs, Beauty Bloggers, Micro Influencers, Celebrities, etc.) across a variety of campaigns and media.

- Work with agencies or individual Influencers about delivered contents, make sure their schedules and contents are well managed.

- Continuously seek to refine and enhance influencer marketing initiatives.

- Develop press materials in Thai and English, including news releases, speeches, presentations, articles as well as Prepare briefing materials and manage executive spokespeople.

- Create content and storytelling to emphasize brand success.

- Create monthly analysis report to measure, evaluate campaign/media performance and identify opportunities to improve Branding and Marketing Communication strategy.

- Analyze market situation and competitors to improve our brand communication.

- Collect brand communication to the portfolio.

- Write article for press and briefly sheet, able to be copy writer and create selling point.

5. Graphic Designer

We looking for a talented Graphic Designer to strengthen the team capabilities in terms of Creative Team.

The main role is to assist in the creation of a wide variety of compelling design solutions for the company.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with a team to find elegant solutions to complex challenges.

- Design online and offline assets for all platforms.

- Present design options to the Art Director that achieve content goals and maintain the look and feel of the campaign direction.

- Design all other marketing content (online and offline) under the direction of Art Director and PR team that feel brand-right. Facilitate ordering or printing any materials relevant to the project.

- Collaborate with Art Director on the look and feel of the company CI events, digital assets, print materials, and any other marketing materials.

- Communicate timelines with tram and assure a timely delivery for any assets.

- Design and produce internal brand collateral with other team as needed.

- Keep a working knowledge of print capabilities, pricing, and vendors for printed collateral.

- Be aware and contribute to the knowledge of trends and best practices in the design community.

- Use innovation to enhance design briefs and stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools .
