1. Graphic Designer (eCommerce Operations)

Responsibilities

- Capture, interpret and transform idea into design

- Work within eCommerce Operation Team, help defining the design for all Konvy’s platforms including Website, Mobile Website, Application and other relevant platforms

- Design & create interactive materials including but not limited to promotional banner, infographic and motion graphic

- Work together with team members to deliver assigned artworks in a timely manner and high-quality standards

- Be responsible to revise and improve artworks in accordance with feedback from team

- Support in additional marketing activities and special events

 

Qualifications

- Thai, Male/Female 21-26

- Bachelor degree in related field

- 0-3 years of experience in creative and graphic design

- Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolio are very welcome

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

2. Senior Marketing Communication Specialist / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

- Establish and develop integrated Branding and Marketing Communication strategy in line with business direction to achieve strong marketing presence, brand identity and positioning in the industry.

- Strategically structure, set up and execute key short-term and long-term communication plan, using various, trendy and effective channels and contents (including viral and social media platforms, online & offline customer event, PR event, etc.)

- In charge of corporate image enhancement and brand awareness to public, using all above the line, below the line and through the line marketing.

- Organize and attend marketing activities and events to raise brand awareness.

- Plan and manage annual marketing communication budget & expenditure and ensure the budget spending is fully maximized.

- Build and maintain relationship both online & offline media, influencers, bloggers to ensure positive coverage and reputation of Konvy.com

- Responsible for managing Influencers (KOLs, Beauty Bloggers, Micro Influencers, Celebrities, etc.) across a variety of campaigns and media.

- Work with agencies or individual Influencers about delivered contents, make sure their schedules and contents are well managed.

- Continuously seek to refine and enhance influencer marketing initiatives.

- Develop press materials in Thai and English, including news releases, speeches, presentations, articles as well as Prepare briefing materials and manage executive spokespeople.

- Create content and storytelling to emphasize brand success.

- Create monthly analysis report to measure, evaluate campaign/media performance and identify opportunities to improve Branding and Marketing Communication strategy.

 

Qualifications

- Female/Male, age 25 – 30 years old with a passion for beauty business

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields

- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communication/Branding/PR/Event

- Good connection with media and agencies.

- Good connection with KOLs would be advantage

3. Assistant eCommerce Operation Manager

Responsibilities

Campaign:

- Assist eCommerce Operation Manager to initiate, develop and implement traffic-driven, basket-size driven and conversion-driven campaigns

- Establish a strategic approach/campaign for membership that aligns with Konvy’s strategy and goal to grow/engage/retain member and ultimately to continuous increase customer lifetime value

- Analyze customer data to identify potential segmentation

- Monitor and analyze campaigns/daily sales performance and identify areas of improvement

- Work closely with Merchandising/Purchase and other related teams to ensure campaigns/promotions run smoothly and effectively in a timely manner

Communications

-Responsible for all marketing communications via Konvy own media including but not limited to App/Web Notification, EDM and SMS

Other related tasks

- Maintain current partnerships and seek for potential partners. Propose appropriate promotions for each partner

- Summarize monthly analytic report of all eCommerce operation efforts

- Support in additional marketing activities and special events

 

Qualifications

- Female, age 27 30 years old with a passion in beauty business

- Bachelor Degree (or higher) in related fields

- Strong eCommerce knowledge

- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in online sales and eCommerce with rounded knowledge related to merchandising, promotion, customer experience

- Familiar with Google Analytics and other eCommerce analytics tools

- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technology and tools

- Proactive and result-oriented

4. Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

- Develop content calendar and manage day-to-day activities of selected social channels

- Create engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which persuade audiences, meet strategic goals and promote brand-focused messages

- Where appropriate coordinate with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with campaigns, promotions, new product releases, or other brand messages

- Monitor community feedback in real-time and assist with fan engagement by representing Konvy’s admin of selected social channels. Actively and creatively response to all enquiries/discussions.

- Monitor social media trending and actively participate in online conversations to create brand visibility

- Analyses social media efforts with tracking systems and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

- Support in additional marketing activities and special events

 

Qualifications

- Female/Male, age 24 – 30 years old

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

- Minimum 1 - 3 years proven experience with strong knowledge in Social Media

Responsibilities

- Set up and review promotions and banners in the system

- Assist eCommerce Operation Specialist to create weekly and monthly reports

Responsibilities

-Developing custom marketing dashboard concepts for reporting via Excel

-Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

-Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.

-Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company roi and brand awareness

-Reporting on key metrics, analyse and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data 

-Analysing the effect of different online and campaign channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth 

-Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution 

-Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns

Qualifications

7. Junior/Senior Business Development Representative (Brand Partnership Team)

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative in Brand Partnership team, your responsibilities may include:

New Business Development role

- Market research, plan and manage a new project/business launch on Konvy.

- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and explore business opportunities and potential partners or vendors through online and offline market research.

- Contact potential partners/vendors via email or phone to acquire and establish relationship.

- Prepare PowerPoint presentation, set up a meeting, present company business, convince and negotiate with potential vendors to start a business with Konvy.

- Negotiate trade term, conditions, prices, etc. with new vendors. Aim to maximize company’s profit from new business

- Work with internal teams to launch and implement new business strategy.

- Maximize company’s revenue from media selling and service fee.

- Create analysis report to measure, evaluate and identify the solutions or opportunities to improve new business strategy and maximize company’s profit.

 

New Brand Recruitment role

- Main tasks are mostly the same as New Business Development role but focus on expanding current business by recruiting new Health & Beauty brands to launch on Konvy and maximize company’s revenue and profit from new brands.

- Assist Head of Brand Partnership and Team Leader to improve partnership and relationship with brands and partners.

 

The ideal Business Development Representative should be able to handle both parts. However, we can sit together and explore your potential strengths and see what suits you best.

 

Qualifications

- Thai Nationality, Female/Male 22 – 30 years old

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

9. Customer Service Supervisor / Manager (Call center and Online order processing)

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries and complaints both before and after sale and handle order processing

- Train and mentor CS staffs on how to deliver the best customer service possible

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or social media

- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions

- Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by CS staffs

- Collaborate with different teams in resolving customer queries

- Coordinate with Warehouse staffs and 3PL providers regarding daily order delivery and issues

- Monitoring the team’s performance

- Analyze data and statistics and identify areas of improvement

- Create standard operating procedures

- Be a main contact for CS team to communicate and work with internal teams

 

Qualifications

- Thai Nationality, Female, age 28-35 years old

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Customer Service

- Have management experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone conversation skill

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Good motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service staffs.

- Good organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies

- Good command of reading/written/spoken English and Thai

- Computer literate; MS Office, Internet and E-mail

10. IT Support

Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

- Providing technical support across the company

- Setting up accounts for new users

- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

- Testing new technology

 

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Responsible for strategic planning, expanding market and marketing in all channels.

- Analyze sales problem and obstacles that affects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for strategic sales planning and expand sales channels

- Doing sales forecast and manage sales target

- Responsible for sales budget and ensure highest spending efficacy

- Develop weekly and monthly promotion with marketing 

- Monitor stock inventory in offline stores and manage all accuracy

- Summarize monthly report with accuracy: Inventory report, BA report, Sales Revenue report

- Analyze reports how to increase sales revenue and profit margin to present to the director.

- Find opportunities to increase sales including with make a relationships with customers.

- Visit potential stores and improve the sales

- Launch offline booth on weekday and weekend

- Train beauty advisor (BA) and advise sales technique to them

- Work together with team members to deliver assigned artwork in timely manner and high-quality standards

- Support in additional activities and special events

- Visit the manufacturer to approve printing

- Create visual and artwork under brand DNA and CI

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in related field

- 2-5years of experience in creative and graphic design

- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Motion graphic and VDO edit will be advantage
