1. e-Commerce Operations (Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager)

Responsibilities

• Strategic eCommerce - Optimize Konvy’s eCommerce assets include platform excitement, platform spaces, direct traffic media and marketplace

- Platform excitement – create platform excitements including promotions and/or activities to drive traffic, conversion and AOV

- Platform space – ensure the platform spaces including application, website and mobile website are maximized by clearly set appropriate section and quota, as well as objectives, goals, and rotation frequency of each space/section to make it interesting and easy to follow for customers which finally lead to better conversion

- Direct traffic media – manage direct traffic media including app notification, web notification, Line and EDM. Ensure that the selected products/brands/promotions/ activities are interesting to customers and the key messages are communicate accurately. Moreover, ensure that the communications are strengthened by synchronizing each media according to its objective.

- Marketplace – plan monthly promotions/activities of each platform. Ensure that operation process runs smoothly.

• Operation – Ensure that operation process/workflow runs smoothly including promotion setup and banner request/design/setup.

• Team management – strengthen the team by building up moral and company core value. Continuous support each member development.

Qualifications

- Female, age 30 – 35 years old with a passion for beauty business

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields

- Strong eCommerce knowledge and tech-savvy

- At least 5 years experience in online sales and eCommerce with all rounded knowledge such as merchandising, promotion, customer experience

- Familiar with Google Analytics and other eCommerce analytics tools

- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills

2. Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

- Strategically structure and set up social media plan and campaigns to best suite company’s strategy and goal and lead a social media execution team.

- Increase brand awareness, exposure and drive traffic to Konvy’s website and application using Social Media Marketing

- Manage content calendar for all channels, in alignment with company’s goal to gain new traffic to website, to retain and to reactivate customers

- Create daily and special contents that build connections between Konvy and customers, enhance brand & product awareness, brand acknowledge, brand value and encourages prospect customers to take action

- Handle online monthly/weekly activities and adhoc campaign across all social media platforms

- Maximize social media followers and engagement in all platforms (Facebook, Line, Instagram and Twitter)

- Plan and optimize social media marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve corporate/marketing KPIs

- Weekly update social media performance, social listening and trends to the teams

- Summarize monthly operation reports of all social media platforms to present to management with recommendations on how specific way to improve, on what to do better and sustain what went well.

- Perform ongoing optimization and provide useful recommendations for a better performance of the campaign

3. Sales & Marketing Manager (Beauty Deal Team)

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be managing both people and resources of BEAUTY DEAL’S Vendor Acquisition, Account Management and Marketing Team. Lead BEAUTY DEAL business unit to work cross-functionally with various departments such as Operation, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Vendor Acquisition and Account Management (60%)

·        Manage a team of Vendor Acquisition to acquire targeted vendors and bring them onboard with BEAUTY DEAL platform.

·        Plan and strategize how to acquire new vendors to meet BEAUTY DEAL business unit’s goals.

·        Manage a team of Account Executive to build and maintain a relationship with current vendors to maximize their sales on BEAUTY DEAL platform.

·        Oversee the activities and the performance of Vendor acquisition and Account Executive

·        Make a decision and solve problems raised by the team.

·        Review and improve both quality and quantity of new vendors (brands), shops and services on platform.

Marketing (40%)

·        Manage a dedicated marketing team composed of Marketing Team Lead, Content Specialist and Video & Graphic Designers.

·        Initiate, plan and execute sales promotion and marketing campaign to drive BEAUTY DEAL sales to meet target.

·        Monitor and evaluate promotion and campaign performance and effectiveness.

·        Closely collaborate with external and internal team members to ensure the campaign and daily operation implement smoothly.

·        Negotiate and work with Operation, Main Marketing, Social Media and Performance Marketing Team to ensure BEAUTY DEAL get a good visibility and media support.

·        Control a quality of BEAUTY DEAL content on platform, own media and social media.

·        Review, comment, approve ideas/contents/artworks and provide feedback to the team for improvement.

·        Manage BEAUTY DEAL platform visibility and layout, Highlighted services/brands selection. Make a final decision in campaign theme, banner position and homepage layout.

·        Review and suggest idea to optimize platform UX/UI. Coordinate with IT, developer team and Operation team to fix problem and improve platform function.

·        Review, compile and analyze data collected and report created by the team then submit to Head of Business Unit.

- Build Konvy Community platform

- Creating community strategy and action plan by following the goal.

- Data reporting across marketing team

- Budget planning for community program

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Plan content strategy, creation processes and manage overall execution on Tiktok channel to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

- Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.

- Bring your ideas to life by creating, filming, and editing ready-to-post on TikTok.

- Develop and execute video content on daily to make movement on platform and for special upcoming projects.

- Identify and communicate with up-and-coming TikTok influencers and creators

- Engage with TikTok followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice.

Responsibilities

- Set up and review promotions and banners in the system

- Coordinate and follow up with graphic designers

- Assist eCommerce Marketing Specialist to create campaign to retain, reactivate, win customers back, minimize inactive users and maximize Customer Lifetime Value

- Coordinate between Operations team and other teams (Merchandising, Purchasing, Editor)

- Follow up and review promotion list and set up from Merchandisers

- Work with Merchandisers to support brands’ requests.

We looking for a talented Marketing Content Creator to strengthen the team capabilities in terms of Creative Team. The main role is to assist in the creation of a wide variety of compelling design solutions for the company.

Responsibilities

- Analyze customer needs or problems and summarize to the key message from Sales and Marketing in order to plan ideas for content creation to meet the target group

- Create content on various platforms such as online video ads. Static images for advertisements or content that are effective and can generate engagement to attract target audiences according to their desired objectives

- Stay tuned for trends or current trends. and can be applied to content to create engagement

- สำรวจตลาด มองหา คู่ค้า (เกี่ยวกับคลีนิก ร้านเสริมสวย สปา ฯลฯ) สำหรับ Konvy Beauty Deal และ-ทำการติดต่อผ่านทางอีเมล โทรศัพท์ และอื่นๆ เพื่อนำเสนอและเชิญให้เข้ามาเป็นคู่ค้า

- จัดทำพรีเซนเทชั่น นัดประชุม เพื่อนำเสนอและแนะนำธุรกิจของ Konvyให้กับคู่ค้า รวมไปถึงต่อรองเงื่อนไข ราคา และอื่นๆ

- ประสานงานในเรื่องของเอกสารและข้อมูลระหว่างคู่ค้ากับทีมภายในเพื่อทำการเปิดร้านค้าบนKonvy

- ดูแลและเพิ่มจำนวนคู่ค้า ยอดขาย และกำไรจากคู่ค้าใน portfolio ของตัวเอง

- เจรจาต่อรองโปรโมชั่นจากร้านที่ดูแล เพื่อเข้าร่วมแคมเปญต่างๆของแพล็ตฟอร์ม เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย

- Ensure the service delivery to customer at high quality

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- จัดซื้อกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมความงาม

- สำรวจติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารหรือเทรนผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำมาเสนอทางเว็บไซต์

- ติดต่อเจรจาต่อรองกับซัพพลายเออร์เรื่องต่างๆ อาทิ เรื่องราคาสินค้า โปรโมชั่นต่างๆ

- ดูแลเรื่องยอดขาย และกำไรขายสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย

Responsibilities

- Strategic planning and developing solid plan, between major key clients (sales’ channels) and company

- Forecasting sales target, do price promotion and execute to achieve the goal by monthly, quarterly, yearly sales

- Create marketing & sales campaign major key clients and company resulting to increasing in driving traffic and sales performance with stores as a partnership business growth

- Co-ordinating buyers and supply chains, stock management and optimization

- Co-ordinating both internally (Visual Designer, Marketing, Stock & logistics) and externally (Channels) to create a better customer attention in a competitive environment

- Complaining and analyzing data to find trends and learning to improve on the overall performance and translate results into better solutions

- Resolving key issues and complaints from customers and channels

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

- Doing good quality presentation to build trusting relationship and expand relationships including bringing in new clients

- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance including GP, fee, best location of visibility etc.

- Collaborating with the area manager and BA sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling and in various aspect. prepare material at point of purchase (P.O.P), negotiate with planogram manager

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field.

- 3-5 years working experience retail business or business development is preferred.

- Analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

2. Senior R&D Officer (Innovative Formulation Team)

Responsibilities

- วิจัยและพัฒนาสินค้า กลุ่ม Skincare & Cosmetic ในห้อง LAB และส่งสูตรให้กับโรงงานเพื่อพัฒนาต่อในการผลิต

- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Supplier, โรงงานผู้ผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริษัทได้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

- Sourcing สินค้า (Bulk, Packaging) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย, รวบรวบ/สรุปข้อมูล โดยประสานงานกับ Supplier และFollow up จนจบกระบวนการ

- Product Evaluation, Survey, ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย

- ติดตาม Trend ของวัตถุดิบ,สูตร, ศึกษาตลาดของ New Product Launchและทำรายงานสรุป

- Set Standard สินค้าและตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าที่รับเข้ามา ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้

- ทำรายงานสรุปให้กับทีม

- Audit ประเมินโรงงานและ Supplier กรณีที่มีสินค้าใหม่เข้ามา

- ทำงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมายให้

Qualifications

- อายุไม่เกิน 32 ปี

- มีประสบการณ์ทางานด้าน R&D /NPD หรือ Product Specialist 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในกลุ่มธุรกิจ Skincareและ Cosmetic

- มีทัศนคติที่ดีและมีความรักความเข้าใจสินค้ากลุ่มการสุขภาพและความงาม

- มีทักษะด้านการจัดการ, วางแผนและแก้ปัญหา เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สามารถทำงาน Multi-tasking และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
